Overview: Our plan for New South Wales

Take a top-level view of the 2024–25 Budget in the Overview. This Budget includes $13.4 billion to upgrade hospitals across the State and building housing for key health workers; $8.9 billion to build and upgrade public schools; $5.1 billion to build 8,400 social homes (including priority homes for victim-survivors of domestic and family violence); and $35.6 billion to build public transport across the State, including three new metro lines.

Performance and Wellbeing - Consultation Paper

The Performance and Wellbeing Framework is a new, clear set of measures that will track the NSW Government’s progress on much-needed reforms, including in housing, energy, education, and healthcare. The indicators in the Performance and Wellbeing Consultation Paper will serve as a beginning to develop and refine the Framework.
